Individual Counseling
LCS; is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective individual counseling to support individuals (ages 18+) facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, life stress, and trauma. Our counselors create a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We strive to cultivate a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship as clients work toward positive change and improved emotional health. At LCS; we utilize insight-oriented therapeutic techniques such as Brainspotting, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in reaching their treatment goals. All clients receive person-centered care and unconditional positive regard.
Family Counseling
Recognizing the pivotal role parents/guardians play in the dynamics of a family, LCS; offers family counseling services where the identified client is the individual with agency for change. We take a strengths-based and person-centered approach to address family concerns. By focusing on the parent/guardian as the primary agent for change, LCS; counselors aim to empower them with the necessary tools and insights to positively impact the family unit. We are committed to fostering healthier family relationships, promoting resilience, and facilitating sustainable positive changes between all family members.
Support Groups

Intern-Provided Services
LCS; is committed to making quality mental health care accessible to all individuals through our reduced-rate, self-pay counseling services offered by master's level interns. Recognizing the importance of affordability in accessing mental health support, our internship program provides an opportunity for clients to receive professional counseling services at a reduced cost while interns, under the supervision of licensed professionals, gain valuable experience and contribute to the well-being of the community. Rest assured, though these services come at a reduced rate, the quality of care remains a top priority, with our interns receiving rigorous training and supervision to ensure that clients receive effective and empathetic support.
