In society, the word "crazy" is tossed about in all kinds of contexts. Have you ever wondered if a therapist can diagnose you as crazy? In 2007, when I started practicing as a graduate school intern, I had no idea how many times I'd be confronted with concerns about people being "crazy". Yet, it happened on an almost daily basis.

Self-disclosure isn't a bad thing, but a therapist who discloses too much or all the time may be disrupting the therapeutic relationship and the purpose of the therapy hour.
