About the event
Documentation - Audits & Ethics is a comprehensive online course offering 6 total Contact Hours (3 General CEUs and 3 Professional Ethics CEUs). This course focuses on the discussion and practice of documentation and chart audits in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) workflow and the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) Code of Ethics as it relates to documentation.
Prerequisites: Basic working knowledge and understanding of behavioral health documentation regulations (CMS) and/or relevant state regulations. Recommended experience in quality assurance practices.
